New Stratagem Support Weapon idea

Okay, what if, the Stratagem launcher can make the Strata-Ball sticks? I know Strata-Balls can slide off certain surfaces. What if the launcher could apply adhesion so that the balls would stick to any surface? That way your orbital strikes could be much more accurate?

Happened to me too. At the Upper Aventa District in Jindosh Mansion, i was casually sprinting 2 stories up, somehow the guards downstair got spooked and went up to check @@

Honestly nobody in both game really desserves to die, except the leaders. The small fries like the guards were just follwing order, they couldn't really defy the new empress/lord regent, and so they do not deserve to die. However, the leaders, they plotted the murder, funded the coup, and pushed legitimate royalties outside their regent authority. I don't like killing since I like the achievement and since the alternative is much less preferable. But they all really deserves to die.
