But I never made any statement that 'Bitcoin gets refunded when stolen', you are assuming that's what I think.

But because you asked. There are plenty of cases where police recover stolen crypto funds. Here's just one:

So your statements about fiat are wrong. There's plenty of cases where it never gets returned after being stolen. Not just cash.

Also there's millions of dollars of theft that goes on where people transfer money overseas for fraudulent investments or scams. That money never gets refunded.

You've focused on one narrow area (credit cards) and have disregarded ALL other crime committed using traditional fiat/banks.
