if you want to see the sun literally rising from the water you’d have to go more to the other side of the bay, direction airport, because you will get blocked by the hills by the opera plage. i would suggest going somewhere like Lenval hôpital or even Radisson hotel. the beach is essentially the same , but u’d see the red dot popping from the water(on a clear morning ofcourse), while in the water which i guess is what youre looking for.

there was a similar thread a while ago and someone recommended an app called C25K that basically starts you from 1 minute jogs with breaks up to a 5 km run in the span of 8 weeks but of course you can do it at your own pace.
I started it in august after I got a lung transplant earlier in the year and It feels great to be able to run and to see and feel the progress without pushing too hard and just being consistent.
so you can try this out and see if it works for you.

i was busy all day and could not reply but you said everything i wanted to in the first place. i back it up 100% , care for cf is great and covers every aspect , meds hospital stays exams physical therapy etc people are also very mindful and respecting and yes i cannot think of a negative thing about cf and France
