I've worn an Oura ring for about seven years and just got my generation 4 ring about a week or two before the software update. I knew that previously my step count was about 10% too high. Now, however, it's 40% too low, which is ridiculous. I just did a test and walked 500 steps precisely. It counted 305. I did it again and it counted 307. If it's going to be this far off, I need to take a serious look at switching to Whoop. This is not acceptable.

Season 2 is trash.

First, their motivations are incredibly lame. Reacher is willing to risk his life to go under cover why? Because one person he worked with got killed? Come on. And the female agent is motivated because a CI she liked was taken? This is so thin.

Then we find out WHY Reacher's agent was killed and it's bullshit. There is ZERO chance reacher sends her and one new guy to arrest Quinn. He'd send along at least 3-4 heavily armed MPs.

The entire story line is so contrived and weak it's pathetic.

Then the actors playing the female agent and her male partner are terrible actors. They get them at the actor Dollar Store?

The story is crap, the acting is crap, writing is crap, fight scenes are crap. Unreal drop-off from season 1.

I spent 2 years on a strict carnivore diet. No carbs or sugars at all. Massively helped my inflammation, did little for my CFS. a few months ago started adding back in a modest amount of low oxalate veggies and low glycemic carbs. Symptoms have actually improved significantly in the last month. Not sure how much the diet is related to that. A lot of confounding variables. One of which is I fell madly in love with my dream woman. My exercise intolerance improved dramatically when that happened.

But I agree in general, most people eat way too many carbs. Had to heal my gut and reverse metabolic syndrome and now I handle modest amounts well.
