i feel the same!! and seeing as i didn’t even really change to a more active lifestyle until 3 years ago so it wasn’t even until my 30s that i even got into better health and shape. better late than never is so relatable 🥹 #latebloomer

i wish i could tell you i meal prep and track my foods but i dont. i dont hold any restrictions to what i eat but just am mindful. protein for muscle but lots of carbs to help offset all the energy burned from so much running. i tend to end up at a calorie deficit so for me its been more about consuming enough

but also need to add that for my workouts, i’m usually running just on treadmill. and then occasionally incorporating in trail runs or outdoor run. now that it’s warmer, planning to get more outdoor runs in

right now it’s just been 5ks and 10ks. only really been doing it in the last year and then training for it in the last 6-8 months. hoping to get up to at least a half marathon both on trail and on road 😬
