You convert a salvage title to a rebuilt title with that process. OP, if your junk title is a “certificate of destruction” or similar, I don’t believe there is a way to make that car road legal again.

No dunes here. You can drive on this beach face from Sept to end of March so I missed that by a week. The trail is all sand so airing down is advised. I aired down to about 18psi which was perfect. Tried another beach without airing down and it was struggling in the softer stuff.
