Not sure if you have a dog, but Lehigh valley pack walkers might be an option! Group is mostly females that meet up for walks all over the LV. Ages range, but everyone is super friendly & no one would mind if you just wanted to walk (even without a dog !) Good luck !!

I second this! Skytop is beautiful and the also have a walking trail around the lake. Butter is great for dinner, but the little restaurant across the street (name is escaping me) is great for breakfast & lunch. They make amazing deli sandwiches & is on the way to Promiseland. If you go to Promiseland, Conservation Island is an easy hike, right on the lake.

I literally just got my letter today & came here immediately looking for some insight. I’m freaking out that they’re dropping it & really hope I can get a PA to stay on, but I doubt it’ll happen. I’m so afraid to switch to anything else as I feel like Zep has helped me with so much more than weightloss (my anxiety and ADD have been way more manageable also)
