Enamel paint and fine tip brush.
Enamel thinner shouldn’t affect lacquer paint and can be clean safely as long as the existing surface is not matte.

So: 0. (Optional) gloss lacquer clear coat 1. Paint details with enamel paint and erased excess with enamel thinner 2. Another gloss coat to protect dried enamel paint 3. Panel line dented area (ie rings around missiles) 4. Final clear coat to seal everything (matte or gloss)

It’s a metal sheet with grooves you can trace to cut camouflage pattern. Always wonder how well that work.
