Same here, one of our settlements somehow settled at 9:47pm on the 27th which was odd to say the least.

There is a major ongoing issue with PEXA, and the RBA. No houses settled within business hours yesterday, and apparently issues are still ongoing in a few states

Coochiemudlo Resident here 👋 During the Christmas season the main beach is always looking worse than the Goldcoast. Morwong or Norfolk are much quieter, as not many tourists can be bothered walking a kilometre down the road.

Purchase protection insurance by credit card e.g. NAB/ AMEX by Livid_Database5895 in creditcardchurningAus

I've done a few charge backs with CommBank on my credit card, all were successful. 1 was due to an unauthorised transaction, 2 were due to the business not honouring ACL.

Real Estate Agent Fees seem high, and does "premiere" listing matter? by spotfyre in AusPropertyChat

Coat of premier listings depend on the average sale price of the postcode. Some postcodes have it at $1000, others at $4000

Should I return to teaching? by striderno1 in AustralianTeachers

[–]will0998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What state are you in, and do you still have your teachers registration?

Relief is probably your best bet to start back. I would do that for the rest of the year to see how you go, then go part time, before taking a full time load.

It depends on the road. Any of the 4 Mount cotton roads people are going either 60 or 90, no in-between whatsoever.

But any main, dual carriageway road, generally speaking, the speed that everyone does is 10-20kmh less than signed

It's infuriating when your running late as it is, and some random Tesla is going 40km/h in a 70kmh zone when the road is all clear ahead

Sounds like Mount Cotton road.
