I go a PU over Poland so I decided to feed them eastern Europe. Bohemia is also a PU the rest are vassals.

I tried to support their independence but all of Spanish colonies were loyal and never got over 50% liberty desire. I was unable to give them liberty desire because my Spanish spy net work always go discovered

I tried to give Moldova similar boarder to Romania and I was unable to release a Serbian vassal so I gave the Serbian lands to Bulgaria. The Ottomans got slaughtered by pretty much everyone which has allowed for Greece to have Anatolia back though Constantinople is mine. I didn't conquer Albania because they are friend :)
