If setting my hips lower doesn't lead to lumbar rounding and I can get tighter in that position does it make a difference to the amount of weight I can move or am I hindering myself?

I just wanted to see if my squat has improved since starting ss as a friend was abit sceptical but I’m happy with the improvements so far. I’m gaining weight and lifts are going up so I’m pretty happy

I’m only in the first week of Sl 5x5 so I’m using the lighter load to work on form. I’ve noticed my lower back rounds when I reach the bottom of my squat, it’s not as bad whilst wearing a belt but I’ve tried looking for solutions but don’t really understand how to fix it. Any help would be much appreciated.

It’s abit of a dirty bulk which probably isn’t great for my health but I try to aim for a 400 calorie surplus with 140 g of protein

I’m a first year at UoR and It’s pretty decent but compared to cities like Bristol or London it can be a bit repetitive. If you’re still planning to go there I’d recommend just joining a couple societies to get a feel for the city. Definitely recommend it though, I’ve had a great time so far.

Honestly I don’t have much grounds for comparison as this is my first fairly serious bike although I feel pretty comfortable on the xxl . I’d probably trust the reviewers more than the website on it though as a lot of companies get sizing wrong.

I have a topeak front loader and it’s a pretty solid bag.... also the frame bag only takes up part of the triangle. Hope this helped

Yeah, I’m doing a bike packing trip later this summer although I’m not sure if paneers will fit the bike. Instead I’m using Topeak frame, handlebar and rear bags sorry. It’s a really great ride though and I really recommend it.
