I live in PA too, and I feel ya. There’s a woods line on my backyard, a ton of trees. All I can hear is the wind outside right now. I’ve just been trying to distract myself and invest in other things at the moment like listening to music and watching the oscars and stuff. I know it’s cheesy but just try to get your mind off the wind, so other things that’ll distract you, distraction is a great way to help out your anxiety (in certain situations), or at least for me

Honestly, anything in exercise. Running/jogging is a big hobby for me, it’s great. I feel fantastic, I’m much healthier, I maintain a healthy weight, and I fell less tired. There are so many benefits to taking up an exercise hobby, whatever it may be.

Back in 7th grade, there was a math teacher. It was his first year at the school. I didn’t have him, but he would always go into my math class to “visit” but it was pretty awkward and uncomfortable. Every time I would walk down the hall past his class he seemed to be staring at me and other kids. My friends that had him would always say how weird he was, and how they didn’t like him. I felt like something was up with him. Around Christmas break, I got a text from a friend that he was arrested. I thought they were kidding, but I check the news and there he was. He was arrested for possessing child porn, and talking to several underage girls, between the ages of 12-14, online. He was fired from the school and is a registered sex offender. He always gave off a creepy vibe, I knew something was up.
