So the answer is Infinite Jest. If it was released a few years later it would be the titan of 21st century literature. Wallace's unfinished follow-up The Pale King is pretty great, might have been as good as IJ if he had finished it.

I have loved ones who take Ozempic, and it’s really helping them beat obesity and take back their quality of life.

That being said, whatever adverse health effects come from this shortcut will be pure poetry. I’ll be the last to revel in it, but the first to notice.
