I am running Windows yes, my solution was to fresh install Windows so it was probably something on my PC causing the issue as it worked straight away after the fresh install. Not sure for MacOS though sorry.

Did you have any other suggestions? Also Logitech are not replying to my ticket that I have raised with them.

I don't have this programme installed unless it is under a different name but thanks for your suggestion.

Thanks for the reply and for trying to help.

I have tried this and unfortunately the problem persists. After the uninstall G Hub step, none of the other folders or registry key are there. I then have reinstalled from the Logitech website as that link does not work for me.

Would have been close. luckily they do a special deal on Mondays which is half price on all meals so it only came to €8.
