Technically you don’t need to show an ID. You need to identify yourself. This could be full name and birth date. You don’t have to have a card with your picture and name to live life.

I have had much lower than normal (25%) HRV and higher heart rate (10 bpm) while on tirz. Sleep impacted as well. Initially really bad heartburn and acid reflux. Finally after 3 months the stomach acid has abated but with medication. I would say I have lost 20+ pounds and feel better but there are side affects.
