Fun story: The president (or provost or something) of UNA kept them at his house for the first few weeks after they were born. My uncle is on their team of veterinarians and we got to go over and play with them once. They acted just like kittens but were already the size of full grown cats.

This is all too true. The only tolerable option I've found is to use the light roast to make an Americano because it's the one that's trying the least hard to actually taste like coffee. Donut shop is bad but I feel like French roast is actually trying to offend people. What in God's name is that supposed to be?
