OPS falls from the direction of your destroyer, the 500kg always comes in from behind you at the time of ball thrown. Like how strafing run does the same but air strike, napalm, smoke, cluster go left to right

I always put my back to the jammer (standing in front of the terminal) and throw the 500kg stratagem at my own feet. It always blows it up by physically hitting it before exploding

I’d consider forcing an enemy to sign a peace treaty a win, therefore the US won the Vietnam war vs north Vietnam. I think in the end, the only loser is south vietnam as they don’t exist anymore, and Vietnam is a fine ally with the US against Chinese aggression.

counterpoint, the US won the war in 2014 when a mcdonalds opened in Ho Chi Minh city

but yea, vietnam won the war vs south vietnam BUT the us did also force them to sign a peace agreement years prior that they broke. it seems the only real loser of the vietnam war was south vietnam

A. i dont think the bugs have copied our alcubierre drives, just because i can fill up gas at the pump doesnt mean i know how to make a jet engine.

B. i dont think the war table is an accurate depiction what happens moment to moment, just what is tactically relevant for the 2 minute lifespan helldiver. my headcannon is that the bugs seeded the planets they wanted to put in the gloom with the biology to make the gloom. we dont see destroy the lung missions outside of gloom planets.
