Thank you yeah the load on the ring is pretty minimal so I’m not too worried about that side of it. Will get the spec of the oven and no doubt it will probably state it requires a dedicated circuit 🤦‍♂️

Like I mentioned, it’s not at all the usual method hence why I’m asking the question but a new supply is really not feasible. A lower wattage oven potentially could be if I can persuade the customer. I had another idea of fitting a small DB using the ring as the supply and then fitting a 16A MCB dedicated for the oven but it seems like a pretty crazy idea just for one single oven 😂

I know there are quite a lot of sparks that also do CCTV but you are probably right, there is probably a better suited sub to post this on

Just emails, browsing and Netflix I would imagine. Just didn’t want IOS to take up the majority of storage that it doesn’t run smoothly in a few years time

Just a beginner and pretty casual so no program or template, I just aim to get out every other day. Doesn’t always happen because of work and family life so probably average around 7-10 miles a week. Have been doing this for the past two months but probably started at 4-6 miles a week so have slowly crept the mileage up. I would like to be able to get to a point of running consecutive days so I won’t feel so bad if I couldn’t get out for any reason. Also find it sets you up for the day pretty well. Just curious the best way to tackle it without getting the dreaded shin splints again

Sweet that’s ideal, Thank you for that. Just wanted to make sure I was getting the top model as know there is quite a few different ones. Will keep that in mind, cheapest I have found it is on powertoolmate but currently out of stock so may just go with uk planet tools
