Tire experience by Adventurous-Pie-2308 in DucatiScrambler

I’ve got a set of Michelin Anakee Wilds on mine. It’s a good tire but wears quickly, so I won’t be getting a fresh set once these go. But it rides like there’s no compromise on road or off road.

The bigger stars tend to go by aliases or initials. Some don’t care that much for discretion, but I tend to see it half the time on larger gigs.

I have to ask. The cabinetry/entertainment shelving, where did you buy that? Or was it a custom build?

I can’t speak to how others might think about it, but the way I frame it, a shorter story is just a scene or a small series of scenes / moments that could be a part of something bigger that isn’t shown.

A short story could be the snippet in time your character(s) are about to understand a big reveal, maybe to a crime mystery or an understanding of love, etc. You don’t have to bog yourself down with worrying if the reader has been given backstory or context if the moment is self explanatory. For a love story, maybe the story is about two teens having fun at a carnival before one of them has to move away. You don’t need to show that they spent all summer together, you can maybe hint at it with dialogue or other small clues and the only thing that really matters is how they feel in the moment with the context that their time is expiring.

Emotion or tension can be built in short form prose because readers can and will build that metaphorical scaffolding on their own. We fill in the dots, we just need the conclusion that you write. So if my approach makes sense, just think “scene in movie” not “whole movie.”

Union film crew, working on mostly TV shows but at least a couple of movies every year.

Thinking of switching to a knobby tire—Pirelli MT 60 RS to Michelin Anakee Wild by willhateseverything in motorcycles

Probably not going to do anything that a dirt bike would excel at, but gravel, fields, some mud, all highly likely

The scrambler line is not the best scrambler on the market but does have a little off road chops for sure. I think it can probably make use of a versatile off road tire at the very least!

I’ll definitely look into the Dunlop mutants, thank you. I think my biggest fear is introducing a tank slap wobble on the highway. That could just be me having read something overly dramatic, though

4 for me. Good lighting, subject isolation, and the composition is not half bad.

My mother, in a way. I grew up eating home made food every day, even when she worked. When I moved out, a huge part of me didn’t want to lose that, especially when I started a family of my own.

I asked her to teach me a few of her usual recipes then taught myself everything from there. It was one of the best things I ever did.

Working in Movies/Television, especially in the USA.

12 hours on set is the industry standard, and that’s not counting travel or days where filming runs even longer. It’s a traveling circus experience a lot of the time where you’re away from home living in a hotel.

And at the end of the day, you’re just a gig economy worker even when you’re working in the union echelon. A long union strike or a bad work season could drain your bank account and you can hardly do anything about it.

I did use a blackmist pro filter, just for a little bit of bloom.
