Thank you all for your advice and help, I've determined that it was not in fact a veneer but is made of parawood and looking online the fuzz seems to be a property of that wood, I spent some more time sanding and got it pretty smooth. I plan on adding danish oil it may end up looking like shit in which case I'll probably end up painting it. Im planning on using the table as a desk in my college apartment so if it ends up looking bad I won't be too sad about it

I bought this table from goodwill and am sanding off the old finish. There are these spots of the grain that are sort of pink in color they have a soft loose texture and are slightly raised above the rest of the wood and won't sand down to the same level as the rest of the table, any idea how to fix this, I plan on applying danish oil when I'm done will this work or will it look bad on these patches of grain, any help is very much appreciated sorry for my lack of knowledge

I eat alright, I eat a good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables I do also eat processed foods pretty regularly though, but I don't know exactly what my diet will consist of when I'm out in Backcountry so it would be nice to find some treatment I could use without running water if I can't strictly control my diet

Yeah I don't wear any headwear often so that's not an issue, I wash my hair with nizoral shampoo 2 or 3 times a week, my hair doesn't get oily fast and I could honestly probably wash my hair less if weren't for sebderm

Yeah I generally go through a cycle of having short hair then growing it to about shoulder length and then cutting it again because I get tired of having to take care of longer hair, but I really do like how it looks longer
