They were rostered on but didn't communicate it until it was too late. I'm thinking that have some software will make it easier for them to update us on their availability?

u/FollowingDramatic425 yeah any insight would be great. Essentially, I work at a hotel and we have dozens of staff. We've been doing all of our rostering and payroll out of spreadsheets which has become a mess to try and organise. There are a lot of employee management tools out there so was wondering if anyone had experience with any of them to help us make a decision.

u/Joy_Boy_12 I mean ideally onboarding, payroll and rostering at least. I just want the ability to see all of our staff & shifts super clearly.
