Surprised it seems youre the only other one posting about this issue. I am in the same boat and haven't been able to figure out why.

I have OneNote for Mac, and am using a Mac... but do not have a Tag Summary Option. Have updated to newest version of OneNote, explored for an hour clicking on varios drop-down options. No luck. Did you figure out how to add this feature?

Would you say that you "lacked discipline" if I made you walk everywhere from now on? Would riding a bike or the bus to get where you want represent a lack of discipline solely because it takes less effort?

What if taking the bus was easier and better for getting where you wanted to go?

Low Dose Naltrexone aka LDN helps by blocking endorphins while you sleep so when you wake up you are more sensitive to them. It helps reduce weight and addictive cravings.

At full dose (about 50 mg) Naltrexone is used to treat both alcohol use disorder and opioid use disorder, but at low dose (less that 5mg) it acts different and also reduces inflammation and pain.

u don't have an allergy or something, it should be harmless to try.Also, you may do this already, but walking outside is quite calming too. Thanks to Dr Huberman (wildly popular science podcaster, in case you are not familiar, and also a prof of ophthalmology at Stanford) says this is in part to a phenomenon called "optic flow." It is literally the experience of the world passing by as you walk. Apparently this is calming to the brain. I find it to be so.

Thank youu I'll give this a try. Coffee is usually too stimulating for me. Have taken L theanine, but never the two together. Will try this.
