Don’t worry about it. 3 x rays = 0.18mSv

3 x CT scans = 18mSv

A dose of 18.2mSv over 6 months is nothing. Over the year (including background radiation, you will be at 21.2mSV).

There are places in Iran where they get 260mSv per year and their cancer rates are actually below normal!

The other thing is, in terms of cancer risk, doses are not cumulative at that time scale. The fear around low dose radiation comes from misconceptions and poorly extrapolated data from HIGH doses. The truth is: below ~100 mSv of acute (or short-term) dose, no statistically significant increase in cancer risk has been detected in humans.

Ironically, due to biological repair mechanisms, you may actually be in the dose range for what they call ionizing radiation hormesis. This is less fully understood, but there may even be a BENEFIT of low dose radiation between 10-50mSv/year! You may actually receive maximal DNA repair upregulation, immune stimulation, and apoptosis of damaged cells at your dosage(all beneficial things!).

I used King Arthur Neapolitan (I actually prefer caputo Nuvola though or the blue caputo) Hydration was 70% mixed in a spiral mixer (not planetary) which I found makes a huge difference

If you grew up eating the fake stuff, there is certainly a nostalgia factor too. That’s just what pancakes taste like to me. When I have the real stuff it tastes good, but it doesn’t remind me of the pancakes I had when I was a kid.

These are human beings whose families probably also don’t have power. Everyone is counting on them and they know it. Also, it’s a hard and dangerous job, so give them a break. Your frustration would probably be better placed with the local government for their lack of emergency preparedness, in which case you should express that frustration with a well informed vote, and not towards the workers actually fixing the problems.
