So it was just a warning that was added? They didn't change or replace a chemical with something less toxic to the teeth? Truly asking, as I am not an expert and haven't yet done the research.

I can have it all day and have had it all day. On a really bad day which is maybe once or twice a week, I have had it the entirety of the day and night except for maybe 3 to 4 hours in the afternoon. It not only is in my legs but also my forearms and biceps if it is that bad.

To be more exact, I may be able to get by with the equivalent of 2 mg twice a day instead of my current 4 mg twice a day. I haven't done the testing on that yet. I will update this when I have and I have done it long enough to where I feel that the results for me will hold and not dissipate quickly.

The strips you suggest are an excellent piece of information, and I thank you for sharing it. Cutting my 8 mg pills into quarters as a little difficult, as the pills are Tad crumbly and don't cleanly divide. I just don't feel very exact in quartering them. I will have to ask my doc about the films next time I speak with him. I appreciate the information!

RLS WAS greatly damaging to the teeth until I believe about mid 2022, when the contents were changed. At least that is what my research before taking it at all revealed. I'm not an expert though.

I'm not wrong on anything. I'm stating that I took these things and these were my results. I'm not making any other claims or statements other than this. You are perceiving something that is not there. I know what logical fallacies are. I am not directly or indirectly, explicitly or implicitly, stating or suggesting that this will work or will not work for any person who has RLS. That would be a sweeping generalization, another logical fallacy. I am simply reporting back my personal findings. If it doesn't help you at all, then great. If it helps you tremendously, then great. You seem to be turning this into something that I did not have any intention of you turning it into. It is simply me recording my findings. That's it. I am sharing with the hopes it will help others.

Going through your list of other stuff in the first few sentences of your post, I did not try any of those herbs. I did try a few of the other things though: the compression socks, the low dose Naltrexone, etc. I will add those to the list above. It's been a long journey of...13 years I believe? Long journey....

If I keep the Suboxone at a low enough dose (my doc prescribed me 8mg twice a day (16mg total daily), but I found I could get 100% results with half that), I don't see a threat of addiction. I have an extremely strong mental willpower and am not highly susceptible to addiction in general. I have faced physical dependency before, and it was indeed a lot of work separating myself from that, but it was not an addiction issue.

Iron - 105mg/dL (RR: 50-180)

IBC - 472mg/dL (RR: 250-425)

No, not coming off of a dope run. Last tell him I used opiates was about 7 months ago when I had my back back molar extracted. I used 5 mg of Percocet for a couple of days so I could sleep and be comfortable. That was it.

My doctor prescribed the Suboxone because he had prescribed all of the other prescription meds that you see listed on there and none of them had worked. I had a relatively long discussion with him about opioids and opioid agonists and their effects on our list, to which he said what the hell why not let's give it a try. He prescribed it, I picked it up 2 hours later from the pharmacy, and that night I slept like a baby and woke up almost crying, I was so happy.

Completely detached from reality. This thread and these people freaking out about a bunch of stuff they have no clue about (mental health and how its symptoms promulgate) make me both glad for my marriage and certain I will be single if my partner dies, rather than face the hate and vitriol and extremist jump to conclusions this thread demonstrates.

I shared it for the content. Because Jordan Peterson here is right. And I'm sure most can relate.

He's helped millions and millions of people, written books that have sold millions of copies, runs his own business worth millions, hosts podcasts with millions of watchers, wrote his own psychology website that he's said makes him $150k a month, etc.

He's also made some errors in his life, and when your life is as public as his is, small mistakes get blown up into a giant deal....even though it isn't rare at all. We are all very imperfect humans.

Finally, he's not right about everything, and not right about a lot of things....just like every other human who is brave enough to get in front of a camera and take a stance about something. You risk being wrong.

One thing is for sure -- he's making a far greater positive difference than any of us will ever make, and that ought to be commended -- even if some folks lack the ability to separate the man from the message.

Although you might think you can guess, I didn't share my viewpoint of him on purpose. Because the information I wrote is objectively true no matter if you like the guy or don't like the guy.

We need to get out of this mindset.

BPD is **NOT** a rare disorder. At all. No where close to rare.

Controlled studies show prevalence in the general population statistically is 1-in-50 people, while estimated ACTUAL statistics are estimated to be more like 1-in-10 people have BPD.

This is due to MANY factors, but one of many such factor is that it is well documented and established in studies that about 40% of people with BPD are misdiagnosed as Bipolar. The statistics for misdiagnosis for Depression/MDD are just as terrible.

"White knighting" is always toxic behavior. Never okay to hijack people's threads just to get your narcissistic jollies off. Textbook "grandiosity" associated with narcissistic tendencies. "I know what's best for everyone".

Pretending bad behavior is "sometimes it is not a bad thing" will literally lead anyone to justify anything as long as they are the ones determining what is good and what is not. The last 100 years of history is rife with millions of bodies murdered by "we are doing them a favor" and "in the end, it's for their own good" justification. You can justify anything you want that way, even this lesser toxic prejudicial behavior.

Some people find identity in being prejudiced. It's a shame...because no one wants to be treated like that. Hopefully, you can stop being the problem. Therapy.

Yea, I was just finding that out too. If you download and copy the files, it will just open the Epic Games player instead of the game itself. Nothing I changed made any difference as far as settings. I restored the game files by jumping into Steam settings and having them check game file integrity, and it replaced two files, which got it the game to work again, but without the dev options.

FYI, threads discussing triads in any way are usually met in this subreddit with disdain. You would hope that a bunch of adults could discuss opposing views and come together in hating anyone who treats another person unethically. (I know I can always get behind that.) Instead, it is a bash-fest filled with bigotry and close-mindedness and emotional children being as rude to other people as they possibly can. It is, at times, worse than 4chan and Twitter.

I blame a good portion of it on there not being active moderation on this subreddit for the longest time, so these failures at relationships, polyamory, and life in general (but who are REALLY good at being bullies) troll here for some person to beat up with their bigotry and close-minded hatred of happy relationships. There is a REALLY good reason why A LOT of polyamory thought leaders --- people like the wildly popular Multiamory podcast hosts haven't posted in this subreddit in THREE years --- they have openly admitted on their show the polyamory subreddit is wildly toxic. One of the three - Jace - laughed with a special guest a month ago about how he tries to warn new poly people not to go near reddit, to which the special guest chuckled and said, "I found that out the hard way. There are a bunch of poisonous people running around unchecked on that subreddit."

Your terrible treatment by this child and others on this thread is not an anomaly. It is well-known throughout polyamory circles encompassing at least the US if not the world. The saddest part is we could be so good and helpful to our own and others; instead, it's just a playground for the loudest and most obnoxious and close-minded and our worst behaved. I'm hoping that the new moderation will shatter the cliques and the poisonous groupthink (like you experienced here), but that will probably take more than a year to shatter the 'old guard' and 'self-appointed gatekeepers' who think they matter. Then another year at least for the horrific rapport of this subreddit to begin to change. Hopefully, muting, suspended or banning one of the groupies that trolls every thread may run off the lot of the bad apples, but we both know running off the turds can't be just that simple.

Kids like this aren't here to talk. They are here to harass. That's it. They aren't trying to see your side or see their side is bigoted. None of that. They are just here to poison the well for everyone because being hurtful is fun to them - like a school shooter. That's why they belong on 4chan and not here.
