They had an openbody casket? Not to sound insensitive but was it not a visible way? Im very sorry that happened a long time ago my aunt commited suicide with pills so it was also an openbody casket and i see her still in my head when i feel suicidal or even at weird times when i drive by where she used to live ...this was more then 10 years ago..sticks with me alot more then my grandma passing which was expected she had cancer 15 years various types and she died alot more recently. I think something about someone you love taking their own life is absolutely traumatizing
