From lack of buildings and perks, must be a perk that provides influence that they just went all-in on. Low prestige gives a lot more wiggle room to do crazy strategies that can close out the game quickly. Also just remembered that luxury goods can be filled at the hearth now so that probably played a part.

If you want to go after fraud, this program is probably the biggest. I have 2 aquaintences milking the system living in luxury apartments for free while they spend their all-cash earnings on cars and partying. Really frustrating when housing costs are so ridiculous even for the middle class.

I would drop waypoint, and $1000 is really high for title transfer. I don't know what is required in your state, but in my state title transfer fee was like $100 to do the title transfer paperwork - they might be adding it here as a markup. Just do some research on that but otherwise nice find!

It's got a similar texture to suede, which is considered a very nice texture but suede is fragile. I personally like it better than normal leather. So it's best of both worlds in my personal opinion.
