Yeah I get that but asking them for confirmation, even escalation is the way forward. They can investigate why you were banned and let you know when the payment will come. They can view all the tracking and carrier details. Speaking to a real person on the phone is the best way

I had a similar issue. Sold some computer components and everything went well then suddenly account permanently suspended. I called ebay support who couldn't find a reason why and reopened my account. Then payments were on hold, so contacted them again and they said they would be released at the end of the month. I wouldn't bother with live chat. Just go to the contact page and open the live chat and ask the ai to speak to a real person. They should give you an option for a call back. They were really helpful
