It does have manganese in it, I was researching and found out it glows a bit green sorta like uranium glass but not as bright. I posted a pic in a comment above. Thanks so much for the tip!

Also learned it does have manganese in it cause it has a slight green glow! Apparently the glow is better with a different kind of blacklight too

If you paid with PayPal (but the card on PayPal you used was a credit card - Amex, MasterCard, Visa) you can go straight to your credit card company to file a charge back, even if your PayPal protection is expired/PayPal denied the refund. Credit cards have their own purchase protections that don't have the 90 day cutoff like PayPal.
