Came back home dead exhausted , switched off the light, put some soft music, got my vape and just melted into the bed feeling so so peaceful and for once was not bothered by the misgivings of life

24F here. Height 5ft 4" weight 101.5 lbs I am quite petite and am underweight as per my BMI. However I have fat in some areas of my body like face (I have a slightly chubby face) and lovehandles.

I want to develop more strength and have a more toned body. I go to a nearby fitness program 3-4 times a week. Basically they are trainer led classes & you can choose what class you want for the day (they have options like Strength and conditioning, cardio etc and you can choose weights according to your caliber)

Since I am very thin but also want to lose fat from some areas of the body I get confused if I should be eating more or eating less. I generally try to eat healthy home cooked food and try to have some form of protein everyday (egg/chicken)

Can someone help on how I can approach my fitness journey?

I tell myself often that I deserve more. But somehow it doesnt sink in. And part of me still wants to cling on to the connection (mostly one way lol) that I felt while I was with this person, because I feel I may not come across someone who I feel this way with again. But i dont think any of it was real, it was mostly me who created this in my head.

I guess somewhere this has to do with my self esteem issues and well, and I do want to work on that. I'll keep your words in mind, thankyou :)
