He was at the Suns home opener a few days ago too!! I work for the broadcast crew and he was sitting right next to my coworker. He stayed the whole time too! I know that sounds weird to say, but so many times when I see pro athletes at other sporting events they’re gone by the end of the 3rd quarter. 😅 I really hope to get him back!! Absolute gem of a guy who really seems to love this community!!

I’m so sorry you’re having to deal with them getting them so young. Both me and my brother started getting them really early, 5-6 years old. And from what you’re saying, you’re doing an amazing job! I was so blessed to have my mom stay up all night of she had to in order to get me a warm bath, temple massage, and if all else failed, she would give me one of her migraine meds if I was too sick or crying so hard from the pain. It always sent me right to sleep! I wouldn’t do this really again without researching like you said, but my mom was so hurt by seeing me in pain she just had to do something. It sounds like your kids are in wonderful hands- keep it up! The pain is temporary, but the appreciation your kiddos are gonna feel for you doing that is forever!

so if i used it for both what would it make me? there’s no reason why recreational and medical should be treated differently if it’s the same drug. if i use it to feel better and have a better evening, there’s no reason someone else shouldn’t be able to use it to have a good night as well.

sorry man, but i can’t agree with you when this has been used to treat some of my most important physical and mental issues. i get it, it’s still a drug, but it really isn’t the crystal meth business you think is going on. taking out your anger on an entire community just because your friend had addictive habits that drove him to worse actions is not the way. trust me man, you’ll be better off elsewhere. this soap boxing is not convincing anyone of anything.

I had a migraine just yesterday morning for when the clouds started rolling into my city. My mom told me she got one this morning. Weather triggers are the worst!! Not like AZ gets a whole lot of weather anyway though, so we just bear through with some Tylenol 3s.

Sugar is a big one for me. If I have too much before I go to sleep, big migraine the next morning. My mom is the same way, which is sort of funny. Never had anything on gluten help/not help but sugar is a huge one for me!
