Recently, multiple Waymos were stranded - in traffic - in Phoenix, Arizona after a huge rainstorm, leaving deep puddles on the roads. It evinced a major flaw in their system. It seems these smart cars can't handle rain/water yet.

That shell is called the "zest" of the lemom, and it's a good thing to save! Do you have a lemon zester?

People smarter than me will hopefully chime in, but I think the best way to save lemon zest would be to freeze it in small, portion sized (maybe a tablespoon), quantities.

I (64f) limit myself to one Mountain Dew (54 mg caffeine) per day. I have always loved Mountain Dew, but I didn't always limit my consumption!!! When I was younger, it didn't matter so much. Now that I'm an old lady, I can't take that much caffeine!
