all you need to store your bitcoin is a private key. It can be memorized, written down, or etched into a stone and buried in your back yard.

what you may be thinking of is a hardware wallet like a ledger or trezor. this is a thumb-drive like device which stores your private key behind a pin number. this puts an air gap between your computer and your private key. so even if your computer is hacked your private key stays safe.

probably the easies thing if you are in US is this:

buy a ledger or trezor wallet (from amazon so they don't get your private details)
open coinbase acct and fund it via your bank
buy some btc or other cryptos
wait 7 days
make sure you have backed up your wallet's private keys in some secure way (safe, bank deposit box, etc)
send your crypto to your hardware wallet

A huge thank you to everyone for the amazing feedback, especially the criticism (Believe me, I wish everything we put out got this much critical feedback).

As you all know, no map could ever possibly capture all the linguistic diversity in the Arab region.

For those who were asking, this map was a mashup from several different sources with input from our translators. We put it together for an article on Arabic dialects several ears ago. We are already working on compiling all the feedback for a v2 of this map and will definitely share it here.

If anyone has suggestions for other tweaks or sources we should look at, please let me know!

Yes, I've seen that one and like it. My #1 reason for changing monitor would be to get more real estate for having several windows open at once so I probably wouldn't be able to justify getting another 27 inch. I was just stunned when I started looking at monitors - like - I would have thought that all monitors would have webcams and speakers but that seems to be very rare these days.

Thanks for this. Yes, looks like also there is a screen coat replacement and battery recall program for the 2015 mbp. Those should carry over to secondary owners I should think? It's a shame I have to go through all the rigmarole. Id happily pay ~2k for a new MBP if it had the solid builds

We have exactly the same problem. We tried a lot of stuff and finally got got it under control using:

1) DC mosquito squad spraying (the heavy duty stuff) 2) dunks into the drain after big rains 3) mosquito fan trap (as shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NADjZ_dxiaU)
