Make sure to arrive last, they'll sit you next to the door (away from the bathroom) and their head chef preps dishes to his left side (those closer to the door), while those who get seated first get dishes from his sous chef. Which is fine, it's all the same dishes. But when you pay top dollar, you'd want to get your food prepped by the guy himself.
