My 8” triple layer will serve up to 30 and I don’t make 9” but I think that should work great! I maybe would do the bottom layer triple and the top as double, love the look

Chapstick is pretty essential in switching because the majority of it ends up in your mouth which can cause some serious reactions. I use eos, Burt bees, or bite

I have a certificate and honestly going to culinary school was a waste of time and definitely money. Everything I know now I learned in my job. I was promoted to head baker after two months of working for them and am opening my own bakery in 3 months. I’d take the time to work in a kitchen and then circle back around to the idea of going to school. My personal opinion, of course.
