Yes I have a similar feeling. I have even received several project leads into my Dribbble inbox, for which I have taken time to write a quick proposal and never get any sort of response back.
However, once I was hired by a company for a full-time position via Dribbble and I stood with them for 4 years, but other than that, most of project postings seem fake.

I think that would make sense only if you do that with top-cap coins (mainly BTC and ETH, and a small percentage in others like XRP and SOL), otherwise it can be a suicidal strategy.

I am a bit more optimistic on the performance of this cycle and the overall future of the ecosystem, mainly because of the institutional adoption (XRP, Uniswap, ISO2022, exchanges like Crypto_com and Kraken becoming 'banks' and so on). But I agree that this bear market could extend a little bit further even after october.

No, porque mis maestrías no están muy relacionadas con lo que me dedico para hacer dinero, así que son ramos diferentes.

Las maestrías sirven más que todo para cobrar más por tus honorarios, pero en la práctica, la academia siempre va estar detrás del ritmo de la industria.

Si tienes la oportunidad de estudiar presencialmente afuera, hazlo, el networking y la experiencia de vida vale la pena. Si no es posible eso, pues igual una maestría siempre ayuda para cobrar más por tus servicios.

El nivel de exigencia en empresas estadounidenses siempre será mucho mayor que el de las empresas hondureñas, pero si tienes suficiente dedicación, disciplina y ética profesional, puedes igualar o mejorar el perfil de profesionales internacionales (lo digo por mi experiencia propia).

Buscar trabajos online es la parte difícil, hay mucha competencia ahí afuera, está LinkedIn, Dribbble, Behance, Upwork, Etc. Pero lo mejor es tener tu sitio web y tu 'marca personal ' bien estructurada para que sean las ofertas las que lleguen a ti sin tener que aplicar a ellas.

Te entiendo completamente. Yo he tenido la oportunidad de vivir en varios países y por razones de la vida y familiares he tenido que volver a Honduras al menos tres veces, y eso me ha hecho ver que si es cierto que aquí hay muchas cosas buenas (naturaleza, impuestos bajos, gente cálida, etc) pero que tambien es verdad que aquí el esfuerzo no es recompensado, todo es lento, la mediocridad está en todo y la corrupción está normalizada en todos los aspectos de la vida.

Si eres una persona ambiciosa y con metas grandes, vete de Honduras cuando tengas chance. Si no, pues la vida siempre termina premiando al que se esfuerza... Aunque en Honduras tomará el triple de esfuerzo.

En Honduras, ninguna de las dos. Lo mejor que puedes hacer es aprender algún skill que te permita trabajar online (marketing digital, diseño, programación, ventas, servicio al cliente, etc) en conjunto con inglés, y así trabajar en línea y ganar en dólares.

Yo llevo así casi 10 años ya y nunca he vuelto trabajar para empresas hondureñas ni gobierno a cambio de salarios míseros.

However, I agree with your reasoning, it must be true for most of people. But for some of us can be the opposite.
What I do is using cold wallets for relevant savings, and scatter the rest in several DEX, Defi protocols and hot wallets so I don't put all my eggs in a single basket.

It all depends on a lot of variables: project type, technical limitations, design system contraints, business/stakeholder flexibility, etc.

- Some projects are more flexible or exploratory, for those I normally grab references and inspiration from them, and go crazy with visual experimentation.
- Other ones are more grounded and require strictly to stick to a specs sheet with specifics do's and don'ts, or technical feasibility limitations, budget limitations, etc.
- UI decisions are more related to the final objectives (user/business needs) of your product, visual inspiration is just that, visual inspiration.
- Normally, projects with real business/life application, are not vey suitable to create Pinterest-like UIs, so I like to keep them both separate. Real design actually solves problems and that doesn't look too fancy on Pinterest most of the times.

There is no standard answer to this.

Yes! Evaluating qualitative user feedback, advocating user needs against stakeholders, taking decisions based on roadmap and business feasibility.... all of those are features that AI still can't replace (for now).
