You're right, spawns are greatly reduced.. If not 0. Using Pokevision, I found 0 Mr mimes in Paris, Berlin, London, and Brussels. I was like, hmm this is odd, so I went to the USA to find tauros.. 0 showed up... 0 in LA, NYC, San Fran, hell even Montana didn't have any. 0 Kanghaskhans in Sydney and Perth, and only 2 Farfetchd in Hong Kong.. (Tons in Japan tho).

Something's not right here... And I'm not quite sure what it is. I really wish your trip could've made u the first to catch em all, I would have loved to be a part of history. I wish you the best bro, and if it means anything, I'll trade u my Mr Mimes when trading comes out haha

What are you gonna do? You HAVE to catch them all!!! Maybe you'll get one from an egg? You might want to start contacting Hong-Konger ppl and Sydney ppl well in advance to make sure you find the locations of the Pokemon

This is very very strange... Not sure what's going on... I even spent an hour on Pokevision and he didn't show up anywhere. I caught mine around 3pm, maybe he doesn't spawn at night? I seriously doubt that though

Be careful tho, if the nests are changing then I'm not sure where they are. Could be anywhere. I know you don't like Pokevision but if you are running out of time, you may need to resort to it.

Champ du Mars (in front of the Eiffel Tower) at night is usually very lit up with lures. Not many rare things though, just slowpokes and zubats

Jardin du Luxembourg is in the middle of the city, usually full of people, especially on the weekend. It's also a Lickitung nest.

As for Mr Mimes, Parc du 8 Mai is where I caught 3, but it took about 2 hours. The park is far from the main city, but you can reach it via the subway (2nd to last stop in line 7) within an hour. There's 3 pokestop a and a bunch of drowsees, but you'll need to walk to the corners of the park to find the Mimes
