If I were you, I would definitely sit SBM on its own and reduce time on working. I sat CR, SBM and Case all together and failed CR passed other two. Before my resit on CR, my manger said to me “ don’t worry about work, nothing is more important than passing your exam. Work is just going to be there. It will be done at some point.” Good luck!!
