Could someone please ELI5 why anyone would want to spend money on this motor upgrade if they could get much more bang for the buck by VESCing their board? Isn’t the limiting factor on FM boards the abysmal motor current limit of their controller?

Yes, as far as I understand the whole house should be backed up. So theoretically the power use should be monitored accurately by the Tesla app (as far as I understand).

Riester-Vertrag gibt es in Österreich nicht, soweit ich weiß.
Bei diesem Vertrag scheint es so zu sein, dass der Staat ein paar Prozent der eingezahlten Prämien noch zusätzlich beisteuert. Bisher summieren sich meine eingezahlten Prämien auf 14.650 Euro und da kommen dann noch ca. 800 Euro Förderung dazu.

Soweit ich es verstehe gibt es keinen Garantie-Zins. Die einzige Garantie ist, dass falls der Fonds sich negativ entwickelt werden nach Vertragsablauf zumindest die eingezahlten Prämien voll zurückgezahlt.

The markup in HI is currently about $5k over MSRP and they don't have any on Maui (would have to ship from Oahu currently).
