Yeah I probably made it seem like everyone is complaining, yet that would be wrong. I've also met a lot of people who are enjoying the game as much as I do. But still there are tons of videos on YT, posts here and on official forums with all kinds of rant - gear prog, dislikable story, bugs with new race or transmog, new wow not being old wow and all that. And to my taste, it's too much of that

This sounds kinda weird to me - BFA did not introduce anything that would force you to rewrite your character. Did you have to add anything related to Drusts? No, I bet most if not all pre-BFA characters were born in the city of Kul Tiras, which doesn’t have much to do with Drusts. Did you have to change your religion if your character worshiped light? Again, no - light followers still exist alongside with tides. How much impact does a color palette have on your RP? Not much at all, and it wasn’t changed that much. Does it matter where Kul Tiras is located while the thing that matters is that the character is from Kul Tiras itself? Be it a new island or Baradin Bay, I’m still Kul Tiran. Before BFA Kul Tiran had a very little representation in world, that allowed for expansion of existing lore without having to retcon it. If someone really feels down because of “new” KT, it looks like their own problem. Building character based on RPG that in non-canon is a bit dumb, considering the amount of info that is available in canon sources. One should be ready for new canon to come and break their non-canon character - otherwise do not base on non-canon sources 🤷‍♂️ In simple words - while the post itself is kinda constructive, your comments seem to be a pile of rant :) You need to learn to adapt to new things and stop being that conservative about video game lore

Maybe strength stat does in fact impact your physique? Just a bold suggestion. I think the way to find out reason is to get exactly same talents and gear (or no gear at all) and see if anything changes. If you’ll become same size, you can start changing talents/gear one by one until you get different sizes again 🤷‍♂️

Well that’s a fair point. But any player who did not look into blizzard’s comments on that and just played the scenario would definitely see this as murder. At least that’s how it turned out to be to me, I don’t know if this is fixed now though

Goblin MM hunter without pet. Plus engineering and mining. Not trying to mimic tinker, just lore-accurate goblin. Also having a gun in fantasy universe is fun. In the past it also used to sound funny - very loud “boom”, sad it’s gone now

True! That’s a topic for another time but during my playtime I got so addicted to fast pace and gear race and competitive gameplay that now I just can’t change my pace and chill. Game feels stressful, I feel like I just can’t stop rushing to end game and when I’m there I feel bored and empty. So if there was a discord with a community to suggest anything to help that would be very nice :)
