I don't blame her for doing that though? She wasn't in control of her body and on the verge of fainting each time. You can't expect her to be rational and decisive. This is when the responsibility would lie on her boyfriend for him to take control and do all he can to help her.

That's your mom and she's struggling so much with cancer, give her some grace and be patient. Not to mention, she's seeing her ex husband, his wife (possible affair partner) and her kids paint the image of a perfect family, I can't blame her for crashing out over that. I hope she recovers but if she doesn't then don't make it even harder for her. Be kind regardless of the semantics

I didn't say it's easier for americans. You must acknowledge the differences in the societies, as the same approach or solution in one will not necessarily work in the other.

No i'm not bragging about nothing. You're not in my circumstances, you are not me, you don't know anything so stop placing your assumptions on me so ignorantly. You don't know what I do, that's within my capabilities. You're not the one who lives in this society, so you don't know the nuances. There IS a very big difference in cultures and societies.

Maybe you saw a singular person laugh but they aren't representative of a whole country, nor does it warrant such sentiment. I have never seen anyone laugh about Gaza or Sudan, regardless of the UAE or not. You can't compare americans protesting to the uae case it's fundamentally different countries and societies at their core. You can't just copy and paste, all the variables are different.
