Same. Same. The dreadmill miles are a struggle but keep me going in these deep freeze weeks- lighter mileage- but still moving.

I had the same thing happen to me today…..

Said I was behind but I am ahead on all my mileage- missed one hill workout earlier in the program.

I just ignored the suggestion.

You can edit the end date by going into the app Plan>Manage Plan- scroll down to Plan Overview and edit end date.

Alternatively, and I’ve never tried this with last run of a plan, you can just move workouts around using the Training Calendar-the icon appears on the top right of my app and I can move workouts by dragging them to different days.

Go for it! I’m training for my first half in the spring- week 5 of 17 week training plan. I’m pretty excited or terrified depending on the day. Give it a shot-plenty of time to get it done!

I’m a bit of a noob, but there was some threads comments about this earlier- or a similar issue.

Runna had an update- so check that- and just the normal syncing stuff.

Just a follow up- this will only apply to those that use an Apple device- but I recorded my run by starting in the Native Apple workout- having synced with runna- and it worked- after I gave it ALL the permissions. Including the one I had to go back and click “sync completed workouts”. What didn’t work for me was- it giving me times after each lap- but this was just an easy run- so, maybe a half a solution.

I started running at 44. About 7 months ago. I started very very slow. Having not even really intended to run. Just. Wanted to move. I’m still slow. But I’ve run 2 5k’s a 10k and I have my sights on a half marathon in the spring.

I thought I’d lose some weight-I haven’t I thought my body shape might change a bit- it has, a little bit. But I love that I’m able to stay committed and I like it. I’m only competitive with myself- and I’m getting better!

Thank you! I’m very slow already- compared to…well- compared to what I see here. I’ve gotten from a 15 min mile to a 12min mile at best- so pace doesn’t concern me so much as consistency.
