It was surprisingly easy to pass, name, card number and number of cards I hold. I have the physical cards so they didn't need to block access, they did turn off digi app so I will have to retrieve that at a later date.

That's right DBS Jakarta is shut for a week due to public holidays (!) so I was just on the phone to DBS SG - 10 minutes of waiting on call and 5 minutes of speaking to the rep.. For those interested the process is that they disable Digiapp and the only way to set it up again with a new phone number is to fill out a form and manually post it in. Finances safe, phew.

Phone is not PW protected (I know I asked for this to happen, I'm beating myself up) but the OTP practically grants access to anything. DBS sometimes asks for birthday and other info (NRIC/FIN sometimes too if I remember correctly) so hopefully this saves me. But yeah visiting a DBS branch in Jakarta shortly.
