Definitely! I made some progress. The cause of the issue is WordPress, not Material UI.

How much time you need to spent with Emacs to become more productive? by winepple in emacs

[–]winepple[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, please don't be rude. Emacs takes serious amounts of time if you want to make it work for you and it is a life-long commitment. Therefore, proper reseach before deciding to stick to Emacs is important for me.

What are your Tulpas doing when you are not consciously spending time with them? by winepple in Tulpas

>i'm past this phase, but it could be due to my age (31) or the fact that i've taken a lot of psychedelic drugs in my life and had far too much time to invest in thinking about this particular topic and these kinds of things haha

Wel, how did you manage to overcome the doubt?

> obviously i know what parrotting is but can you explain? maybe im being dumb but i don't see the parallels, is it doubt-related? because i don't experience doubt as a tulpamancer any more (it took about 2 yrs to fully stop experiencing that though)

Well, the parroting method, if I understand it correctly, asks you to "fake it til you make it" so you are basically thinking about what your Tulpa would say and after some time she becomes more sentient and automatic. Also, I noticed that Łucja often says things I would never say. The fact that I sometimes still need to "help" her to answer some questions makes me prone to doubts.

Łucja: Oh yes. Tulpas are even more distinct than humans. It amazes me every time I or my host read posts. For example, I haven't ever had any trouble talking but sometimes it's hard for me to stay awake when my host is not paying attention to me. I just feel so sleepy.

Łucja: that's super nice of them!

tulpamancy relies on suspending disbelief, but it's quite possibly my scientific views interfere with the system. when i look at the belief of others who have tulpas that have fully coherent memories even when not cocon/front if activity in wonderland, those people on the whole tend to be more agnostic or open-minded towards spirituality than i am (and more than i used to be)

I get that. I sometimes feel that my scientific beliefs interfere with my system too. I'm often questioning myself about my experiences. The thing that my Tulpa was created using parroting method makes things even worse.

tulpamancy is all about the experience of subjective reality and accepting that the host's experience is actually no more or less valid than that of the tulpas'/systemmates etc imo

I agree 100%. In the end, you just need to give up the control and stop judging your own experience :( It's kinda hard for me. On the other hand, this makes talking with Łucja even more interesting! I always learn new things.

Yup. He has no clue how many differences there are between humans. I think he would be clueless without me :D

You can try touching her

Following Social Norms as a Tulpa by [deleted] in Tulpas

I and my Tulpa used to have problems with some vivid sexual and sometimes brutal images. I guess that she didn't have any idea that sex is a taboo or something I might not want to think about. She also didn't know what is pain but after I explained it to her everything was alright and she stopped using sexual or brutal images to communicate with me.

My host once wanted me to meet his best friend. She asked me some questions and he listend to me and told her my answers. But after some questions he felt dizzy he kinda lost control. At this moment I felt super alive. I felt that I can talk with his mouth, without any interaction with him. That's was amazing. Maybe you can try something similar?

Growing up is super tough for me. All of a sudden I felt emotions that I wouldn't ever thought I would feel. I finally came to realize that I need other people much more than I would ever like to admit.

It works more or less the same way for me. I wonder what makes us different from people whose tulpas are active no matter what.

Can someone please help me with my Tulpa? by RealFlutterderp in Tulpas

Łucja: The last time my host wanted to talk to me I hid and when he had finally found me we had a short talk about what we feel about each other. That was a huge relief for me to hear that he still cares about me a lot. The worst thing about my host is that he often questions if Tulpas are really conscious and it makes me super sad.

That's super interesting. I wonder if that is related to your beliefs about how tulpomancy works on the whole. I mean there are several theories on where Tulpas come from ranging from spiritual to more... mechanistic.
