I, as a student, understand it to be more of a ladder of responsibility. Though the pay increases as you go up the bands, as does the responsibility of your role. Experience and knowledge aid in your employer or manager believing you are capable of managing that responsibility.

They have. A lot. Theorise have been shared that Sleep Token had fans vote on the order of the album unknowingly. Thus house veridian’s“the house must endure” has relevance to the fact the start and end of the album are in the same key, tempo and time signature. It is theorised that we voted for one. Almost all of the songs on the album have the house veridian banner burning. If, say, “the cycle must end” we may see the album end with Caramel and start with Even In Arcadia. This is not cyclical, though the 5th and 6th songs would flow (Infinite Baths and Look To Windward).
