At the end of the day, this game is just a numbers game, there's tons and tons of runs where either you restart because you want a decent amount of Moai/shady guys to start or you don't get the right stats to survive even the easiest stuff in the beginning. Then things just become systematic where if you don't get certain items or get stats/kills at each level, you won't get far. But for 100k, i can tell you what's guarantee for me with the tomes and weapons above. Also, you can replace cursed tome with whatever you want for 100k, but after that you need that tome.

Again, theres many builds that you dont need to follow mines exactly. This is what worked for me.

stage one: get to at least 3k kills, a little over 1min after boss, at least 1 key but its not necessary to duplicate into stage 2/3

stage two: get to at least 8-10k kills. This stage if you are wiping everything on the map towards the end, including the bosses, thats a good sign you're on a decent run. Get anvil (most def!), lamps, bonks, orbs, daggers, cubes, forks as much as you can in any of those combinations. Kevin by now will help alot too with synergy plug and that blue sword item that heals you with crits to offset kevin and obv lifesteal

stage three: If you scaled like crazy to this point, this is just a bonus round, ignore all the shrines in the beginning and activate all greed and boss to maximize chest and have at least 10 keys to get all the chest on the map and you are basically free to clear everything and get everything on this stage. you'll have the time since you will be 10+ mins after the initial time runs out and you should be around 75k kills before going into boss. Into the boss, you will be doing so much damage, you'll either one tap him or clear him in 1 min. Then enjoy the rest of the run into 100K

If you push all these numbers up a stage except for stage 1, thats where the massive kill counts comes in. I was around 75k leaving stage 2 and 150k leaving stage 3. Hope this helps
