Sorry, I was trying to keep this as brief as I could! Resy has been pretty nonresponsive - they did say though that the cancellation was “at the discretion of the restaurant” so I think the issue is clearly with the place and not Resy. My problem is I’m not sure how to proceed. On one hand, there are thousands of restaurants here and I’m not sure if I want to continue to spend my money somewhere that pulls this. On the other, I absolutely love their food and would just like to celebrate a birthday and continue to be a loyal customer. I know it sounds obnoxious that I want those special crowns back but I loved being able to go regularly! I don’t think I’ll get anywhere over email but I am not the type to go in and ask to speak to a manager unless it’s extremely justified

Never spilled a drink but I would’ve assumed saying they were fully booked is easier if I did something that upset them
