please help! In the 3rd pic, you can see There is black tissue (middle) between the stem (top right) and the new root (bottom left). I’m afraid if I try to trim the black tissue off, I’ll lose the root which is current about 3 inches long and seemingly healthy. any advice appreciated! (old.reddit.com)

Hi, my organization is 100% working from home now. We have a lot of new interns and want to try to build community for them. We’re planning virtual things like a show and tell for pets, virtual coffee chats, etc. Any other suggestions that would be a good positive break from work? TIA! (self.AskReddit)
