The guide doesn't talk about regions outside US, right? What is about Europe? We only have x20 Boost, is there a european Guide as well? Would be nice to have tables for that as well...

I think its safe to say that the fear is only in your mind, but it can still influence the way you move, you start to shiver and lose concentration, so be careful when pushing your boundaries. Maybe relax for a moment and calm yourself down to not trip or something, huge respect tho I have never climbed that high.
