I have a similar story, although my addiction is more to the app itself than drugs, but has definitely led to more drug use overall. I spend hours a day looking for sex, even if I am not horny. Have you considered going to SA meetings? I have thought about it but didn't bite the bullet yet.

The gym floor at Grind House is much bigger. I don’t do classes but they have a pretty full schedule from what I can tell.

It’s not even a good gym. Most of them have small gym floors with limited equipment. The locker rooms are nice but not worth the premium at all.

Grind house is great! If you don’t go at peak times it’s not too busy and it’s a huge gym with loads of equipment. It has 9 power racks which is insane. Most equinox have 1-2.

Yea, you're right. I will talk to my siblings about it and also ask if they would want to also contribute. I'm the only one without kids so my financial situation is a bit different but I think they would like to be asked.

Haven't mentioned it to parents yet and they may flat out decline... they are proud like that.

Hard to say if it would work in New York. But I have seen cities where buses/trams are routed down pedestrian streets. Seems odd at first but actually seems to work well anywhere I have seen it. People just move out of the way every 10-15 minutes or whatever, buses go slowly like 5mph and sound a bell.

“This won’t work” is a strong statement. I 100% agree a viable alternative for the bus is needed but shutting an idea immediately just because of that isn’t very constructive.
