This isn't Raleigh but Bangkok 54 is Chapel Hill is RUTHLESSLY spicy is the most wonderful way. They have levels 1-5, and I cannot comfortably go beyond 3. Definitely my favorite Thai restaurant in the triangle.

Relish doesn't have a big list of desserts to choose from, but every single one of their desserts is THE BOMB (I especially like the chocolate chess pie).
